Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My husband and I spent last weekend @ Grace's place. Words cannot do justice to how much love and generosity of spirit we experienced while staying in her beautiful home. Her attentiveness to every detail, the delicious breakfast, the guidance of where to hike, the restaurants around her area, her abundance of snacks and homemade cookies. Most importantly is Grace's jovial and gregarious energy. Being around her is like being around a loving family member. Even though we were only there for two days, I actually missed her presence when we returned home. We cannot wait to go back and stay with her. The location is ideal, as was the beautiful room overlooking Sedona's breathtaking rock formations. Thank you Grace for being so Graceful. Warm hugs to you.

If you're looking for a bed & breakfast in Sedona, look no further than Grace's Secret Garden. The accommodations are spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, the made-to-order breakfasts delectable, and the views iconic. But what makes the stay here very special is Grace. She is a warm, gracious host and -- one realizes after a few days -- an exceptional human being all the way around.

Perfect name for this B&B. From the moment we stepped in we felt Grace's - Graceful and very Gracious welcome. She made us feel very special. She went out of her way to buy and prepared special foods for my Vegan diet. The highlight was breakfast every morning when not only were we served an elegant and amazing gourmet meal, we were privileged to chat with and learn from Grace all about Sedona and some of her life experiences. She is wise and delightfully authentic. It was difficult to leave for the daily hikes around magnificent Sedona that she recommended. Grace is an extraordinary person, that we are grateful to have met. She made our stay that much more special and memorable. Highest Recommendation.

Grace and her beautiful, European style B&B is everything comfortable and classy. Antique furniture (so children aren’t a good fit here) vies with books and pamphlets on the wonders of Sedona in her living room. With only two suites available to book, you are assured of quiet, combined with Grace’s warm and welcoming ambience and home-baked goodies. Breakfasts were amazing served on china and fine glassware. And afternoon tea is served (if you like) in real china tea cups and saucers with more of her homemade creations. She uses real cream, honey, and fruit in her baking...no sugar, and no meat is served (she’s vegetarian). She’ll ask if you have any food allergies or if you have specific food preferences. She’ll gladly give you recommendations for where to go for dinner, as well as where to avoid. Her front lawn directly faces Courthouse Rock, so pull up a lounge chair (one of two in her front yard), lie down, and drink in the incomparable scenery while you relax. (I relaxed so much, I actually fell asleep for a bit.) The B&B is a bit off the beaten path, so if you want to be in the middle of Sedona proper, don’t stay here. But, if you want peace, quiet, romantic ambience, and Old World charm, Grace’s is the place you want to stay!

The food was absolutely fabulous. We had huge oatmeal raisin cookies waiting for us when we checked in and the next morning had fresh fruit, scones and a vegetable omelette that was one of the best I have ever eaten. Our room was cozy and clean and Grace's hospitality made us feel at home. Grace gave us all kinds of information, tips and maps about places to visit in Sedona. We will definitely be returning to Grace's Secret Garden next year.

My wife and I spent 4 lovely nights enjoying Grace’s terrific hospitality. Whether we needed breakfast at 6am or wanted to sleep in, nothing was too much trouble. And when we popped in late in the afternoon to change for dinner, Grace was there with a cup of tea for her Australian guests. Within easy distance of attractions and walks, yet pleasantly removed from the bustle of downtown Sedona, the location is perfect. A wonderful balance of friendliness and privacy.

I’m really glad to come back here again (Last stay was two years ago for 4 days and almost same time of the year)! Only 2 full days... but I could enjoy Sedona as much as possible with Grace’s advice! However... so many things to do more still, because she taught me so many attractive places. Actually she is the best “trip adviser” ever! More importantly, the reason I feel I want to come back here is Grace. She is so precious, her beautiful heart makes me feel at home and makes my heart opened. Of course I love her cooking and baking (especially cranberry scone is my favorite) also! I don’t need to research for other options to stay in Sedona anymore, just need to check availability here. I will definitely come back here sometime soon and highly recommend to everyone!

Grace’s Secret Garden is a gem of a bed-and-breakfast that shouldn’t be missed. We are return visitors, and were treated like family, but were treated like family from our first stay. Grace is the ultimate host, providing snacks on arrival, sumptuous organic breakfasts that are so generous that the leftovers provide lunch, and expert guidance to select hikes, shopping, restaurants, and day trips from the wealth of Sedona’s offerings. Her property is beautiful and private, with views of Courthouse Rock, Bell Rock, Lee Mountain and the Munds Mountain Wilderness from the windows, and national forest trailheads practically out her front door. Why stay anywhere else? You won’t want to leave.

I can't say enough good things about Grace and her B&B! EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING was perfect. The location, the room, the breakfasts (OMG!), the grounds and most of all Grace and her wonderful personality were all well above expectations. Listen to Grace's suggestions...she never steered us wrong. We used the B&B as our hub for day trips to Sedona hikes, the Grand Canyon and Jerome. Highly recommend the Serenity Suite as it has a direct access to the back garden and a private en suite bathroom.
