The rooms and breakfast were great. The hotel is right next to the highway however, and the deck looks out to the road, which was fairly noisy. Also, the staff, although very friendly, didn't seem to have that good a knowledge of the various hiking trails and other trips, to help us out. more

We stayed for two nights at the Southwest Inn at Sedona and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and the room was quiet and comforable. They have a great breakfast included with wonderful belgean waffles. They hotel is easy to find and convienent to the rest of Sedona. more

From the softness of the comforter, to the warm glow of the in-room fireplace, and the candle set by the edge of the large jet tub, we delighted in this unusual "southern comfort". On the west edge of town, close to excellent hikes, nice big rooms with good beds, quiet, free breakfast in the morning (eggs, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt). Excellent service, but call ahead if arriving after 9 pm - the front desk is closed. more

The Southwest Inn at Sedona is probably one of the best places we've ever stayed in. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, spotless and very comfortable. There is a television and a fridge in the rooms with table and chairs on a balcony area. Pleasantly surprized - room was immaculate and the fireplace was quite an added bonus - we loved it!! Bathrooms nice-n-roomy - shower had decent water presssure and the drains actually worked well - unlike my hotel in Vegas that we paid twice as much to stay in!!!
