After reading some of the negative reviews for this property, Im suprised. If your coming to Sedona to sit in your room and watch TV, this may not be the place for you. The TVs are old. If you are looking to get away from it all and really enjoy the high desert, this is the place. My husband and I stayed in one of the private pool villas last spring and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This hotel has an immediate feeling of awe...unfortunately the awe is outside, inside the rooms are old and dated...old style TVs from long ago...paper thin walls. We went for our anniversary which I had told them when I made the reservation - We were upgraded to a suite and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in our room. Enchantment is truly a first class resort with an outstanding staff. We spent our anniversary here and the staff was extremely attentive.
