I'm currently staying at the Hilton in Sedona. For those of you who are not familiar with the town, there is not much to do in Sedona after 8pm. My husband and I are in the hotel looking to spend a relaxing evening in our room. The cable just went out and the hotel has no clue about what the problem is and when the cable is expected to come back on and there appears to... more

Hi GypsygirlNY, I am very sorry that there was trouble with the cable TV during your stay. It isn't very often that there is trouble with the cable and when there is it isn't under the hotel's control. I am sure if the cable company would have been able to tell the hotel exactly what the problem was our hotel employee would have relayed that to you. I believe our resort provides great value. There...

We just back from celebrating our 25th in Sedona. The Hilton is spacious with great views. The staff is friendly and drive to Sedona is only about 15 minutes. - great location. We spent a week at the hotel. We asked to be upgraded with a room with a view the first night we got there and they graciously acoomdated us on the second night. The first night we spent a room on the first... more

Dear njblanks, Thank you for the very nice rating of our hotel. You are correct, our front desk was not entirely honest with you. Our hotel went through an extensive sound proofing project several years ago to correct sound from one room bleeding into adjoining rooms. Over all the project was a success. I am so sorry you experienced sounds from neighboring rooms. I hope you will come back again to our hotel. By far...

My wife and I, Dennis Loyer, had no problems at all with the hotel and employees. Many of the rooms have only a "partial" view of the red rocks and these room views are really disappointing. Our receptionist was able to give us a better room after we complained. The balconies are small. The food was very expensive as were the drinks. Sedona area is perhaps the most beautiful landscape I have ever seen. more

Thank you for staying at our resort! The Sedona landscape is amazing and the really great think is how easy it is to park your car and walk right into all that natural beauty! Hiking is one of my favorite pass times. I am sorry that you had a small balcony. I believe there are eight different sleeping room configurations with each having a different sized balcony and you must have gotten one of the...

We stayed for three nights in a one bedroom suite and it was fabulous! Only thing missing was a fridge in the room but we took things out of the mini bar and used that. The spa treatments were wonderful and relaxing. There is even a pool for the adults to get some peace and quiet! Even though this was our first trip as empty nesters, we noticed that the main pool was very family... more

Thank you, thank you, for staying at our resort and for your very nice review! It is really great that you got to experience the pools and the spa. The spa is very special to me with the top notch treatments, pool, and workout room. I really enjoy the steam room. Like yourself I like the hotel's location which is a little removed from the main tourist area. Thanks again for the great review and...

My husband and I went on a small mini-vacation and visited sights in New Mexico and Arizona. We stayed at a few different hotels along the way and the Hilton Sedona was the BEST by far. I loved the view from our room and the spaciousness of the suite. The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed the layout of the hotel. I would highly recommend the Hilton. Although, there is construction going on along... more

For our drive from Vegas to Santa Fe, we decided to forgo a stay in Flagstaff for a chance to see Sedona again. We chose the Hilton and were so glad we did. This is a beautiful property located south of town; providing a quieter atmosphere yet in walking distance of a few lovely restaurants. The hotel itself is of a rustic south west design, blending in perfectly with the surrounding red rocks. The lobby... more

We spent five days at the Sedona Hilton. The view of the red mountains from the balcony was spectacular. The service was very good. The only negatives were little insulation between rooms, and having to pay an additional charge for internet use in an upper level hotel. The hotel staff went beyond by helping us delay a planned expedition to Grand Canyon when I had a medical emergency. Great visit! A few miles south of... more

Great value for the money, terrific, clean, spacious accommodations, beautiful views, great if you golf but 2 excellent pools available if you don't. Food at hotel restaurant was mediocre at best but there's plenty of other great eateries around. Location is a bit of a drive from the main 'drag' but worth it. more

We got a room here through priceline for a very good price. even crappy hotels cost $90 in sedona, we got a room here for $115 + tax. I expected a regular room, but we were put into a suite, with a sep bedroom, pull out sofa, and a FIREPLACE!!! there was also an outdoor patio. the outside fire pit was great, and the pools were beautiful. I was expecting mediocre, but got STUNNING!!! I... more
