First time to the Sedona area. The hotel is locate right on HWY 179 but we did not notice too much noise. It was a very comfortable room. Our room was at pool side with a door leading out to the patio with a table & chairs. The morning breakfast wasn't too great, mostly carbs. Parking lot fills up quick. more

The carpets in this place were filthy. The hall looked liked it had never been vacuumed, and the rug was coming up. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. My sons bed had food crumbs in it.
