We stayed at this hotel April 22-23. The rooms seemed OK for a cheap hotel, but the bed was worn out. It was like sleeping in a pit. We apologize for the experience that you had at our Days Inn in Show Low. The rooms were just remodeled and new beds were placed in each room to increase guest comfort. We apologize for the mistake housekeeping made and hope to avoid any type of similar issue in the future.
We were planning to stay at the Day's Inn in Williams, AZ, but got snowed in at Show Low. Day's Inn let us transfer our reservation to the hotel in Show Low, which was much appreciated. I have read some of the reviews, has this place been remodeled because I remember it just being awful. The rooms are old and dirty, the carpet was filthy. Not worthy of the chain's name. I really would also advise any traveler to be careful of all your belongings in your room. Again don't stay here more
You are absolutely right, the rooms have been completely remodeled and updated. The carpets were replaced and are on a strict professional cleaning schedule. We hope you will try our motel again because I believe you will love the changes.
I am used to Days Inn being sort of a substandard hotel by now. The rooms definitely need updating. The carpets (room, hallway and stairs) really felt dirty and looked worn. We were pretty disappointed with the quality with this national franchise motel. The sofa was stained and dirty and the carpet was very, very dirty. Otherwise, the facility seemed pretty dated and could use some TLC. more
We stayed because Days Inn offered breakfast buffet, not so on weekends, ad failed to inform us. A/C in room too noisy to run had to turn it off to sleep and blews directly across bed. Pillows were a joke. Check in time was 3PM not 2PM. more
