Exceptional Staff, Great Local, Very Clean, Fantastic Breakfast Hostess; she was attentive, helpful & Cheerfully Pleasant, Breakfast was Exceptional. Glitch with TV Remote that was promptly corrected by with New Batteries by the helpful and pleasant Maintenance Man. A couple of Blocks East on Bell Rd are lots of dining choices.

We always stay at the Holiday Inn Express during Spring Training. Again this year, it was awesome! The staff and manager (Will) at this facility do a great job! Staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and truly make you feel they are happy you're there. I would definitely recommend!! Thanks to Will and his staff for a super job once again!!

Good value, clean, hot tub nice. Staff very accommodating, friendly & polite. It was nice to be so close to the ballpark. We walked over and it was beautiful. Everything is close and easy to find also.

My hubby & I went to Surprise for the night & this Holiday Inn was perfect. Check in went smoothly, our room was clean & beds comfy! Breakfast buffet was plentiful & coffee hot. Only complaint would be the water pressure of the shower was disappointing.

This hotel provides a typical American welcome. Staff are very charismatic and warm, it does brighten the day. Excellent management and wonderful staff. During our brief stay, my entire family was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.
