Have stayed here two times, and both times were without any problems. the rooms are spacious and clean. I forgot a blouse that got mixed up with bedding and they held it for me to be picked up by a family member. I stayed at the Windmill Suites in Surprise over Christmas, to make room for family coming in from out of town. I coudl go on and on about how perfect this place was. Stayed one night while my spouse was seeing a doctor at a nearby eye clinic. All the hotels in the area seemed to be clustered in this one area. This one has a nice duck pond nearby and good places to eat a short drive away. The free internet was very easy to use and worked well. more

The check in staff was very nice and friendly. The grounds were clean and the rooms were clean as well. I loved the suite idea...gave you some room to spread out. The two bathroom sinks were great as well. Very quiet hotel. Would definitely go back. more
