Very Unsatisfied. Rooms were dirty, there were definately questionable people roaming around at all hours, and the rate was competitve with the much nicer best wester, innsuites and holiday inn in the area. what a joke. more

We chose this hotel because of its location. We wanted something near the airport, near Tempe, near Mesa and near Metro Phoenix. We thought of the nearby AZ Mills mall as a plus. I used another Ramada's internet access to book a room with this Ramada. I have never had a problem previously booking on the website but for some reason the room was booked for the previous day. The reception staff were nice enough when I turned up, without a reservation. It's a pity the room wasn't as nice as the staff.... more

I booked my room on-line based on 1) Price: Fair for going rates of local hotels 2) NOT directly next to ASU where party-goers are loud 3) Close enough to downtown Tempe to drive, 15 min.
