My friend and I arrived late in the afternoon. We were welcomed warmly. She has a dog and there is a substantial pet fee. Because our plans had changed and we had a locked in rate they would not return the room charge. BUT they waived the pet fee. I recently stayed at this hotel for Greenbuild in Phoenix. I called the Hotel after arriving at PHX airport and the hotel van arrived after about 20 minutes. Stayed here for 5 days, the rooms were clean and tidy, pool area was spotless. The breakfast fruit selection was excellent and food quality was very good. I found the staff very helpful and courteous at all times, I enjoyed my stay so much we are going back again in 2009 more

Ended up here for the weekend with a Hotwire booking. Not a good hotel for a number of reasons. The biggest issue was room cleanliness. We didn't pull back the shower curtain until morning, and then found that the shower wall had extensive, active black mildew. I'd say 40-50 inches of grout featured this. Service at check-in was very friendly and accomodating even though I arrived early with no expectation of being able to get into my room at that time.
