I booked this hotel for two days in May 2009 trough hotwire for $106 on weekdays.. A good offer, but if you had paid the standard rate for a double queen - $161 - I would find the standard queen room to small. The bathroom was tiny and the atmosphere was boring and the restaurant very bad. The room though... more

We had a first floor room. The first thing you noticed walking into the room was a musty smell. The room decor was outdated and the bathroom floor had muddy footprints from the people before us. The location is fantastic. Just a short drive to the park entrance. If they'd update the rooms, they'd have a great hotel, but for... more

We arrived quite late and were a little worried about the room after spending time in luxourious LA and Las Vegas hotels. In the end our superiour? room was actually better than expected but dated and the bath/shower wasnt used. It was large and adequate. We didnt know where to eat so ended up in McDonalds - as the hotel... more

Beware of this hotel! The prices are not justified even with the proximity to the canyon. This hotel appears worn out, as if the management has not renovated the rooms or the buildings for the past thirty years. The rooms appear dirty and the furniture old and used. The service of the hotel during our stay was terrible: unfriendly almost... more

Asked for king size bed which they gave us, but the room they directed us to was a dark, small windowed room looking out on another room about 20 feet across the way. This was in a single story building. Asked to be moved to a room in the 4000 or 5000 building and they were very accomidating; however those... more

lousy stinking attitude of hotel staff especially from the restaurant managment almost tainted what should have been a wonderful experience at the grand canyon. The staff were unwilling, unhelpful and obnoxious. My family were virtually chased out of the restaurant with pitch porks after ordering a second bottle of wine (between 4 people) and they refused us service. more

Was very disapointed with the room, it was more like a motel rather than hotel, it was a bit smelly, and looked as if it had not been decorated since the 80's. The beds were ok, the buffet breakfast was good, very busy. The hotel reception area was nice and the 10-pin bowling was fun, but I think I will... more

Not the best Best Westrn Hotel. Phone and Internet conecction shabby at best. Everbody is looking for you to up grade or settle for okay. The town is like the movie the Shining, never eat at Spaggetti Western. What free breakfast? more

We stayed one night in the hotel and it was well located to allow you to go in and out of the park. Our room was dated, with a very bizarre vanity mirror as you enter the room. However it was clean and did the job. It was pricey for the standard of accommodation. It is a big hotel, with... more
