Double charged my room to my personal and corporate card! Accounting was a huge run around! NO views in hotel and motel is a dive built in 60's ! No amenities, no fridge, no microwave, no fitness center and no service in an old establishment! Trust me look around. more

We traveled with our dog. The Red Feather Lodge stuck us out in the back in dorm type rooms. Awful carpeting, The outlet plugs were so old they would not connect any appliances you had to recharge. It was the one of the most horrible hotels I have been in. The deposit for my dog was only refunded after the... more

We stayed one night at the Red Feather Lodge. This motel has many different sections, each with varying prices and amenities. You check in at the new high rise building, but that doesn't mean that is where you will stay. We received a very cramped room with no amenities. The room did not have a coffee maker or a hair... more

It's an ideal place to stay for visiting the Grand Canyon but you do certainly pay for the location. While the room was perfectly clean and comfortable, it wasn't huge by any means and the actual room isn't worth what you have to pay. The free breakfast and especially the breakfast room were both woefully inadequate for a hotel that... more

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the entrance to the Grand Canyon National Park. There aren't many choices in that proximity, but this was the best value for that location. It had local charm that you wouldn't get with the chain motels nearby. There are actually two parts to the hotel. One... more

Our stay consisted of one night at the Red Feather Lodge. About 10:00 that night, after traveling and sightseeing all day, I pulled the covers down on the bed for a good night's rest. However, up near the pillows, on the bottom sheet at the head of the bed, was a BLOOD STAIN! I'm sure the sheet had been laundered,... more

We were pleased to find the hotel clean and well kept. The room was cramped for a family with 3 teen/preteens but it was workable since we only slept there. We stayed in the lodge since it's the only place with room for 5. The front desk is WELL staffed during morning/afternoon, only one late at night. It was nice... more

I stayed in the old part of this motel complex and paid over a hundred dollars for a very average motel room. The worst thing about this place is the automatic door closers slam the door everytime someone leaves there room, and since there were so many people and kids it never stopped until after 10:00 PM. I'd never stay... more

We stayed at this place when visiting Grand canyon. Hotel is very close to the entrace of the GC ( 1 mile) and thats best part. We could visit the part at any time which could not have been possible had we stayed at Williams or Flagstaff. Imax Theatre, Mc Donalds. Pizza Hut are all next door. We payed 170$... more
