The staff was very friendly and informed us of sites to see in the area that we would never have known about. We extended our stay there and will be going back. The rooms were clean and very spacious. more

We were there for a wedding in town. Our group had a bunch of rooms. One person was rude to nearly everyone in our party. She was rude when people checked in, she was rude when we had problems with our key cards, she was rude a week before when the people who set this up went up to check... more

This hotel is basic but meets needs for a short overnight stay. The hotel has seen better days, but is reasonably well maintained. No ice machines, ice is available from lobby, but this is closed 11pm to 7am. Interent access is via an old PC with limited speed and software, no security or anti virus. The room was great for location, amenities etc. especially considering the low rate! Nilton at the front desk was exceptional with his knowledge and hints for tours and sights for our visits in the city and the Canyon. He went out of his way to ensure we have a great time!
