We were tired of staying in old hotels/motels so we booked this one because the add said NEW MOTEL. After arriving at this motel we queried the age of the Motel and were told it is not new, it is twelve years old and they had refurbished it. This to us is not NEW MOTEL and is false advertising and... more
It is important to clients that the hotel staff are friendly and approachable. Unfortunately in this case we were greeted by a long face, mono-sylabuallic responses and really felt that we were intruding upon the staffs' private space, this was our experience during any interaction, over our two night stay. When we left my son told the desk clerk that... more
This is a place that was okay if you are only sleeping. The complimentary breakfast lacked. The coffee tasted like it had been in the pot for a week. Not clean and will not recommend this place. It advertises complimentary internet. Not so. more
A 2 story (no elevator) motel located near I-40 with small rooms, a small refrigerator (no ice tray), and small microwave. The rooms are pretty clean, some stains on the carpet, but amenities are scarce . Bath towels are hard to come by, hand towels and washcloths are not replaced. Thin plastic coffee cups are provided instead of at least... more
Stayed at this hotel briefly on a visit to Grand Canyon. I travel a lot and have no problem staying in these sort of budget motels but this was one of the less attractive ones I've been in. The room was OK, but it just didn't feel 100% clean and the carpet was wet when we got into the room... more

Gave our friends a great deal on a connecting room rather than trying to put one kid on a rollaway. We did not use the free breakfast in... more
I went to visit the Grand Canyon in April/2005. When I was planning the trip I have no idea where to stay, so my travel agent and me chose the first that met my needs, I just wanted I place to sleep two nights near the Grand Canyon. What did I find? I found good hotel with a large, quite,... more
Very easy to find, located only seconds from I40. The location is away from the main centre of Williams however, and seemed quite remote and isolated. We had a great room which was reasonably large and well appointed with TV, iron, fridge, microwave. Free continental breakfast was poor and reception unwelcoming, although a little effort by the owners could have... more
