I along with my family stayed here in the family suite. You can't beat the price while others in the area of williams are charging well over 90$ average for a night i paid 58$ for a suite with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. But there's more to the hotel than it's unique route 66 era aura. The Host "Elton"... more

We are a Dutch couple from Holland & we were in Williams to see the Grand Canyon for the first time. We can not pass this opportunity to deeply thank the owner Elton for being such a wonderful host . We also enjoyed the free big breakfast on the patio. Elton, we hope you do well & looking forward to... more

As 2 senior citizens, once every year, my husband and i drive from Phoneix to the Grand Canyon. Each time we stopped in Williams (our favorite town) & we checked in at different hotels. This time Grand Motel captured our eyes with its historic look and charm so we agreed to try it. We were pleased to meet the owner... more

Booked two rooms a month before arrival. The reviews sounded and looked good but it was all a lie. The rooms were absolute [--] boxes. Now realize it was going to be when he charged the rooms to the credit card right away. The rooms were dirty, mouldy and in poor repair. The bed was old, lumpy and decrepit. There... more

If you want to go back in time this is the place for you. My two grown kids loved it. Its really a little bit of heaven tucked away in a small town . The owner Elton is a gem so nice and makes the trip worth wild. At night guest would set outside and talk you really found out... more

After checking in and getting our room we looked for coffee for the in room coffeemaker. Couldn't find any so I went back to the front desk and they showed me that all the items for the coffeemaker were there at the front desk. After getting coffee and sugar I asked for creamer. They were out. Had not reordered it... more

Each room has a coffee maker and the office supplies each quest with as much coffee sacks as they wish. We happen to run out of coffee creamer at one morning & here those 2 quests went up in flames about it . We take pride in providing very clean rooms and we steam vacuum every carpet once a week....

Don’t know about getting your kicks, but you will get a sample of Route 66 at the Grand. In fact, just about every establishment in this part of Williams in plugged into the Route 66 theme, from replica ‘50s diners to gas stations with genuine but no longer functioning ‘50s gas pumps. The Grand was built in the 1930s and... more

We just returned from a 4-night stay at the Grand Motel and it was a wonderful place to stay as the "hub" of our expeditions to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona. The proprietor, Elton, was a most gracious host and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and safety was never a concern since... more

My sister and I stayed one night after our tour at the Grand Canyon (via Marvelous Marv's private tour). We had a two bedroom suite with a tiny kitchenette and tiny bathroom, typical of vintage era motels. The rooms were very clean and functional. This is a very vintage hotel but it served our need for one night. The manager... more

We were a group of 8 friends from Ukraine & traveled to US to see Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. We stopped in Williams and we liked the look and price of this hotel. The man in the reception was very nice and funny and gave us good impression of small hotels. We liked it very much in the city... more
