Our 33 member family met here for five nights for a family reunion. The motel owner bent over backwards to pull off a last minute catered picnic supper, which was very good. We found the grounds to be perfect for outdoor group activities. The restaurant met all our family needs -- and satisfied even the vegetarians. The beds were comfortable... more
Like many of the other reviews I'd agree that this is a motel with a facelift and the facelift isn't very recent. The place was quiet and relaxing. Rooms were clean and spacious but fairly basic. The staff were friendly and answered all questions. You defnitely need a car to get around as there's nothing nearby. Williams is about 6... more
My best friend was having a wedding in the area and suggested this was the nearest place to stay. I made reservations for my boyfriend and I for the weekend, which included friday night and saturday night, leaving sunday. We also recieved 30$ for the restaurant, which at first sounded great. When we got into the room, everything looked great,... more
My husband and I attempted to stay here. The air conditioning does not work well at all. After two hours of waiting for the air conditioning to cool the room, it still was about 80 degrees in there. The air conditioning unit blows against a wall inside the bathroom. Not effective at all. When we tried to get a different... more
This Ranch/Hotel sits right off of I40, it is very convenient to get to. I felt it was a bit over priced for what you get. Where it is pretty from the front veiw, it is really just an old strip motel with a face lift. There are horses at this hotel/ranch, they are right behind the hotel. So if... more
We booked a deluxe room for the 2-nights stay and paid nearly $125/night for it. But have to admit there was nothing deluxe about the room. The only good thing about the hotel was the outward appearance and the evening lighting. The room was not a penny worthier than a Super8 or Motel6 room that we could have gotten for... more
The hotel looked welcoming when we arrived and that was the only good thing about it. The hotel room was very dated and smelled old (stale). When we made reservations we asked for a king bed and were told they didn’t have any, so two queens were our best choice. Well there was nothing queen about those beds. Not only... more
After a long drive from California and a cruise through the cute town of Williams, we headed to "The Ranch." Normally we stay in Flagstaff but we were trying something different. We won't make that mistake again...This place is marginal at best. It appears some severe cost cutting measures have been taken that directly affect guest comfort. The place is... more
This hotel reminded me of a place my grandparents would stay. It's basic and no-frills, but it's still nice and clean. The front lawn looks like it would be great for travelers with children. There was a basketball court, volleyball court, swimming pool, etc. However be advised that the pool is very, very small. The hotel is located several miles... more
