“No elevator! Dirty sheets!”

Located in a great little tourist town, but this Holiday Inn was very disappointing. Looks quaint upon entry, but after the girl at the desk scanned our debit card and we were signed in, she said, "oh, by the way, there is no elevator." What! Why didn't she mention that before taking our money! And, I have a painful knee.... More

Stayed one night here as a stop on our way to Grand Canyon. Easy to find and walking distance to town center. Rooms were of average size, clean but with very outdated furniture. “Great and friendly service”

We were welcome very warmly and we were given a good welcome bag that included two free drinks at the bar. When my wife asked for a better room she was pleased and they informed us we could check out late if we needed be. Great experence to be treated like a welcome guest.

Fast, courteous check in. We were given 2 free drink coupons at check in since I'd joined the Holiday Inn club. We were also informed we could have a later check out (2pm rather than 12) for being club members as well. The only surprise was that there were no elevators. We stayed at HI Williams before and after a visit at Grand Canyon. The location is perfect – one hour from Grand Canyon, the facilities are reasonable, but the price is impossible. For one night they charged 104 USD, for the second night they wanted 144 USD.

“Good location”

We stayed here 2 nights & found it to be a good location for visiting the Grand Canyon National Park & only a short walk to the town centre. A nice indoor pool & very friendly bar staff. It was a typical Holiday Inn so no charm etc but would recommend.
