Gross, gross and can I say gross! The front desk lady had to be told what Marriott policies were (by me and I am only a rewards gal...not an employee) She was horrible. The stay was just OK. The rooms were fairly clean but overall so-so. I must say that the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The free continental breakfast was good. I would stay here again, but I wouldn't pay more than the going rate of the other local hotels. more

Very surprised that Fairfield would be this bad. Black mold around the tub and shower, crud under the beds (food particles,trash, etc), no light on writting table. Stayed at the Fairfield Inn as an alternative to the overflow hotel for the Grand Canyon Railway. Traveled with family of 4, kids aged 9 & 11.
