When we found ourselves in a bind for a couple months without a place to live until our home was finished, Suburban Extended Stay was there for us! Not only were they the cleanest, nicest place in town with the best location, but they also had a friendly staff and were extremely inexpensive. They adopted us right in. I literally... more
The hotel staff is way beyond friendly and take care of their guest. Hotel is nice and clean. Never have had one issue and we have stayed with them for 3 months. Hotel is dog friendly. Would suggest to business travel and weekend stays. more
Best deal in town! I cannot beleive the friendly service and brand new room that I got for the money! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay! Only thing I suggest is to ask for a room opposite the pet day care. more
Staff at the front desk was very unwelcoming when i arrived, and again at check out. I do not recommend staying there when you can have a better hotel room for $10 more down the street from the other 20 hotels. more
This news is very unsettling for us, espcially since we have had one of the highest staff friendliness scores throughout all of the Suburban Extended Stay Hotels, nationwide. It is also unsettling in the fact we failed to follow our own vision of guest satisfaction. We truly apologize to this guest and hope that they will give us another opportunity...
