Here is the good -

Good location
Good parking and well lit
Seems relatively safe
Restaurants nearby

Here is the bad -

OLD hotel
Mold and mildew in the bath
Noisy
Paper thin towels
Carpet needs to be replaced
Light fixture over beds did not work

All of the other hotels in the area were sold out. Make your reservations elsewhere early. This area really fills up!

One of the friendliest staff I have encoutered while staying at a Motel! Reservations were easy and uncomplicated. The Motel is clean and easy to get to. They staff went above and beyond and made us feel glad to be there!! Fortunately our stay fell on a Friday night, so the cost of the Motel is what prompted us to stay there. It was by far the least expensive place in Bentonville, AR.
