Had a mix up with my reservations and the desk clerk went out of her way to help me. Room was very clean and of course I love the bedding at Holiday Inn Express..Breakfast was the usual, but tasty. Room was quiet and well appointed. more

We stayed one night while traveling from Texas to Illinois. The room was spacious enough but housekeeping was terrible. There was hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor, in the beds and the toilet was filty. There was also "snot" on the walls. Upon check out, we complained to the front-desk clerk and he just stared and replied "ok".... more
