Good Location- right across from lifts. Apartments reasonably clean and basic. However a cash deposit has to be left on arrival of 150 euros, no credit cards allowed despite what your operator may tell you. The manager was unhelpful, abrupt and uncooperative- as we were leaving early in the morning (6am) the manager told us it was impossible for us to get our deposit back as he didn't get up until 9am and that our only options were to leave the night before and find alternative accommodation (with no refund for the night lost at Sapporo apartments) or have our deposit sent by cash in the post!!! It took an afternoon of discussions and contacting the apartment owners to remedy this situation.
