I booked the hotel by phone because we had some special needs. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and gracious. When I had to make a schedule change, it was handled very quickly and courteously. Stayed at the motel in late summer/early fall of 2006. I had a small room over the office and LOVED it. The motel is quaint. It has a nice air about it that you don't find in chain motels. I reserved 2 rooms at Land O Nod on 9/2 and 9/3. These were smaller rooms over the office. We were shown the rooms as we checked in because we were told they were small. The size of fine. So we checked in. Left to eat and it was when we returned that we discovered the problems with the bathrooms.... more
