We spent a lovely weekend there, March 2019. The cabin was very spacious, extremely clean and offered all of the conveniences of home! The hosts were gracious and always responded to our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again, and wholeheartedly recommend this cottage to others!

My wife, two relatives and I just had a wonderful stay at The Cobbler's Cottage! The two bedroom, two bathroom home had everything we needed for our four-day trip to Eureka Springs. On the plus side: Beautiful, comfortable, homey furnishings Great location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Cold air-conditioning Very comfortable beds Adequate kitchenette (including dishes, silverware, etc.) Cute porch and yard (with barbecue grill and patio chairs) Private parking (a valuable amenity in ES) Very easy to find, right on Main Street Super-friendly, easygoing folks to work with On the negative side: Nothing, we loved it in every way! We loved both Eureka Springs and The Cobbler's Cottage, so we will definitely be back!

The cottage is really cute and the location couldn't be better. You can walk to restaurants and shopping in less than 10 mins. Two nice beds and baths. Very large jacuzzi tub upstairs. Only negative is the street noise coming off Main street makes it difficult to fall asleep. Otherwise great little cottage in Eureka Springs.

I have stayed in this cottage twice. It's location is great, close to our favorite restaurant and lower part of town. Has a small kitchen area that is stocked with a few snacks, coffee, sugar, creamers etc... Listen carefully at night and you may hear the bedroom door knob rattle or footsteps on the stairs. We did hear the door knob rattle for a few seconds once but that's it. I read in the guest book the next day and it turned out a few others have wrote about the door knob and the stairs experience. It was nothing to be scared of, i think it added more character to this cottage.

This property is very close to everything. It sits out the outskirts of downtown. The home was cozy and cute. Everything was clean. The hot tub upstairs was a fun surprise. Great memories here! Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and memories :0)

This is like a little castle all to your own. The location cannot be beat, as you are at the base of downtown shopping and located next to some amazing restaurants. But, you are also nestled up next to the wooded hills and have nature right outside your door step. You will literally feel like you are in the best of both worlds. The cottage is a two story escape into a world away from worries. You will have all your needs filled, and yet you will have peace and quiet and a relaxing time to wind down to boot. The jacuzzi tub is very relaxing after a day of shopping, or to unwind when you first get to town. The entire cottage is very well kept, clean, and comfortable. You will not want to leave. With the roadside, and off road, parking you will not have to pay for parking when you decide to walk uptown to shop, and that will save you loads in the long run! Not to mention, the price is comparable in general to all the other cottages in town, but with all the comfort, quality, and location the Cobbler's has to offer, why would you choose to go anywhere else??? I have been twice, and honestly, I cannot wait to go again.

I'm reluctant to review this cottage because I don't want the word to get out about this fantastic cottage. My granddaughter and i stayed 5days this month. First I was greeted by a wonderful friendly lady who made me feel good about picking this cottage. We arrived to find off street parking. Since I have had many stays over 30yrs in Eureka Springs I had passed this cottage many times and had always been curious about it. I wonder now why I had never stayed before. The beds are so comfortable and the whole cottage is decorated so beautiful. The front porch takes you back to a time in the past. The convenience of walking to restaurants and shops is a major plus.A small kitchen, but why cook. This comfortable cottage can't be beat, but don't tell anyone I said so.I want to badly stay here again and again.

Stayed with another couple during the annual antique and classic car show. The pictures don't do this cottage justice. It is very roomy and nicely appointed with a mix of old and new. The cottage has everything to offer.....sits right on main street, you can just lock the door and walk to downtown. It has a front porch that looks over a beautiful yard with stone walls on one side. We pulled our lawn chairs out and watched the antique cars parade right in front of us...excellent! The main trolley hub is a 5 minute walk away, if that. You can buy an all day ticket and just let them take you wherever. This came in very handy, as we decided to do a little "pub crawling". The owner was very friendly and even had made us a coffee cake upon our arrival that was to die for. I have been to Eureka, probably 50 times in the past 28 years. Overall, this was the best weekend I have had there, largely in part to the cottage. Oh yeah, and if you're like us and bring rolls of foam with you when you go out of town, because you can't tolerate hard motel beds anymore,,,don't worry. The beds here are very comfortable. We all slept like babies. So if you're looking for someplace very clean, very old, with modern updates (I didn't even mention the 2 person jacuzzi upstairs) that has beautiful landscaping, that backs to the woods and rock ledges on one side, but sits right on main street on the other, and is literally right on the edge of downtown, I highly recommend this place.

Myself, my wife, and another couple stayed here in May of 2008. The location is great. Walking distance to everything downtown, and you have access to one off street parking space, so you can just park at the cottage and enjoy the town. Word of warning to you, there are berries everywhere around the parking space and the backdoor, so watch out for your car floormats. A downside to the convenient location is that the cottage is right on top of main street, so traffic (particularly motorcycles) can be quite loud up til past midnight. The cottage looks great on the outside, though the inside is starting to look a little dated. The carpet and furniture weren't exactly clean, but ok. The bathroom downstairs is quite small. A large person would have trouble taking a shower in that thing. The large jacuzzi tub upstairs would be nice, except we were afraid to use it after reading a few of the questionable stories in the cottage's guest book. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. All in all, it was a nice stay. I'd stay there again.

My Wife and I got married in this wonderful cottage. The keepers arranged everything for us leaving us nothing to worry about. The cottage is located a nice easy walk from historic downtown. The loft with the jacuzzi was wonderful with light coming through the stained glass. We will be back again to reflect on how lucky we are to have each other. Thank you so much for getting our marriage off to the right step.
