Recently stayed in the Dashwood Bedchamber and loved it. It was spacious, quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower/bath water was hot, free wifi, and Faryl was great. She listened to what we were planning to do and then offered some incite into restaurants and what was going on in the town that weekend. She was overall very helpful but... More

We wanted to not only visit Eureka Springs, but we wanted to celebrate our 38th Wedding Anniversary while there. We saw the great rating for the Peabody House on Trip Advisor. We liked the idea of a B&B over a hotel, but we wanted a little extra privacy. We opted for the Rivendell Cottage, and we were not disappointed. Not... More

The time had come for my autobiography to begin. Eureka Springs was my first choice as my setting for peace and tranquility. Thankfully, by a funny mix up I landed here. Feryl the proprietor couldn't have been more attuned to my needs. The room was perfect. The atmosphere spot-on. I accomplished all my goals. An added bonus was an invitation... More

Hubby and I celebrated our 30th with a quick trip to Eureka Springs. We didn't think we were B & B people but the reviews of the Peabody were so good and the rooms looked beautiful in the pictures-so we thought "Let's try it!". Not only were our expectations matched, but surpassed! We stayed in the Dashwood. The king-sized comfy... More

Absolutely LOVED the Peabody House! It has the perfect location if you want to stay out of the crowded downtown, but still want to be within walking distance of downtown!! The rooms are amazing, with the most comfortable bed EVER!!! Our trip was filled with a lot of bumps, but this place made it so worth it!!! I can't imagine... More

The Peabody is the perfect location. Just step out your door, down the steps across the street and you can walk all over historic downtown. The suites are roomy and very comfortable. We've stayed in The Dashwood and The Cheshire and Dashwood is my favorite (it's a little larger). Feryl is a wonderful host! Gives you privacy but is there... More

First visit to Eureka Springs. Wanted to try a B&B and were very happy with our trip. Spent two nights and were able to really relax. Faryl, the owner, made every effort to make our stay a very nice one. It was located just out of the downtown loop and was very accessable to all the shops. The suite was... More

First trip to Eureka Springs since I was a child. Found Peabody House online, sorted through the abundance of lodging options , picked this B&B out as among the best for the price. Stayed in the Rivendell Cottage---comfortable bed and pillows with a ceiling fan overhead. Private balcony out the bedroom door on upper level of the cottage, as well... More

The Peabody House was an exceptional stay for my husband and I, from the amazing historic decor to the pristine cleanliness of the room. This was our first Bed and Breakfast and if they are all this way we will never go back to corporate hotel chains. The owner of the Peabody was so welcoming and friendly that my husband... More

Location is perfect, walking distance to main street, yet just far enough away from the hustle & bustle. The innkeeper strives to make sure her guests are accomodated in everyway, even made several reservations for us! We would definitely stay here again. By the way, I read the negative reviews and can honestly say they are absolutely nothing that should... More
