We stopped en route to the south of France (and it's certainly very convenient on the route south from Dieppe) so only had one night but would like to go back for longer. It's a memorable location! The accommodation is comfortable and the hospitality was faultless but the real highlight was the food. And very good value too.

We had a fabulous stay at Chateau Monhoudo. Beautiful setting, beautiful house and the perfect hostess. We arrived after a long drive so opted for foot at the house, which was amazing - thoroughly recommended. The grounds are so peaceful to walk around and there is a fantastic swimming pool. You can even arrive by plane!
