Actually the reason we chose this hotel was mainly its price and location:. Howeveri it was more than that. The satff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the desk tried to do his best to help us; he gave all the possible instructions for us so that we could get the best pleasure to get to the...

I traveled with my husband in mid-June 2011 as a stopover to Meteora. We loved this lovely small town-Kalampaka very much and would like to recommend everyone to stay here if he/she wants to visit the monasteries.
Hotel Eldelweiss locates in center of Kalampaka. It offers easy access to the squares, train station, bus station and restaurants and bars.

In the morning we had breakfast there. It is not rich, but you also won't be starving: yogurt, bread, eggs, cheese (1 kind), sausages, jam ( tasty!),...

We had an overnight stay as part of a tour of Greece and our first impression was that it was dated but clean.
Our first floor room was in need of decoration and had stains from old leaks from the aircon unit down one wall. The bathroom was small, but did the job.
The evening meal was served as a...

The Hotel Edelweisse was the best hotel I experianced while being in Europe for two weeks. The location in this small town was perfect. Right on the main drag but set back about 150 feet or so in one of the towns mainy beautiful squars.
The Hotel itself was spotllessly clean, and...
