Very good location but the hotel needs urgently innovation.the room was very small and wasn't clean and smell a lot at the begging and after a good clean from our part the smell went away.the personnel is very kind and the breakfast was quite good for the hotel.for the price we paid we didn't expect much but hopped at least... Good position in Kalambaka, free parking, good WI-FI. Only the young lady at the Reception Desk was a professional, good English speaking and very helpful. Her colleague - an impertinent guy - suggested us to book rooms at Hilton, when we asked for the remote control of the TV set, which did not have even the button to turn it... More

Plus - Excellent location, at the beginning of the road to the monasteries and walking distance to the center of Meteora. - Helpful staff - Some rooms have nice views. Average value for money Average breakfast Minus - Some of the smallest rooms I ever stayed - Weird bathroom with dubious tap water - Tiny TV set If you intend... More

Good value for money. Hotel Odysseon is much closer to the cliffs/rocks/monasteries than most other options, although it is not as close to the bus stop at the main square. It is also close to the village of Kastraki. The buffet breakfast is pretty decent -- scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, jam, yogurt, honey (for the yogurt), fruit, coffee/tea/milk, orange... ....because they look better than what you'll get! We book 2 garden and mountain view rooms. One of the rooms has very small, had no frige, no functioning AC, and more of a tree view, than mountain. The bathroom is quite ugly, old tiles, no curtain, no place to put your shower gel. Although clean, the sheet had 2 nut... More

I am writting this comment from Kalampaka after the best meal in my life. The name of the tavern is Paramithy and I must say that I have never been served to well. If you ask Odysseaons receptionist then you will be easily directed to Paramithy tavern. The hotel itself is OK but food in Kalampaka and local booze (greek... More

On a posiive side: Hotel is located fairly close to the town centre and to Meteora. There are nice views from the room. Breakfast was modest but well presented and very tasty. I liked coffee and scrambled eggs. There is a parking space and Internet connection without additional charge. On a negative side: The room was very cold. Central heating... More

I stayed at the Odysseon hotel during my trip to Greece. We found the hotel through Booking.com. We were looking for a hotel very close to Meteora and this is the best anyone could get. We got an amazing deal for the room. In my 4 weeks holiday of Greece and Italy, this is the best hotel i stayed in.... More

We stay for one night at Odysseon Hotel and all we can say that it isn't worth for even one night! The room was very dirty, smelly and old! The bathroom! Not even close to a bathroom! It is small (i seat on the toilette so i can brush my teeth in the morning)!. The certain one the shower was... More

When we checked in the man gave us a map of the area and recommended what he thought we should do. He told us about a village that the monks try to hide away from the tourists in and recommended a great place to see the sunset from. The hotel is only a few hundred meters from the cliffs and...
