The front desk clerk went out of her way to help us print, scan and send an important document that we needed to get out. We really appreciated it, as services can be difficult to get in Iceland. The best thing of this hotel is that is located just close to the pseudocraters of Myvatn Lake. The dinner room has a great views over the whole lake. The people in reception is very friendly. rooms are way to small, I had the impression they put 2 persons in 1-person room, could not walk around both at the same time.
