This hotel is on the side of a hill by some kind of a fish factory, a highway and a petrol station. The surroundings are unimpressive, to say the least...And as you enter the hotel, they get less impressive still. The smell of the fish-factory, combined with the hotels severe insect problem (someone told me the area is called "lake mosquito") work together in building up your irritation while you wait for your room at this severely overbooked hotel. Indeed in the post review guidelines they tell us not to write reports of "violent criminal activity", and although I did not act on my urges to commit violent criminal activity upon the poor chap in the reception, i took some satisfaction in giving them a lousy grade on the "customer feedback" form which I filled out in a bout of intense boredom while sitting on a moldy chair inside my bare, smelly, mosquito-infested room (after 5 hours of waiting!!!).
