Stayed here for a weekend. Like all the Carlton Hotels, clean, great pool and nice staff. Expensive to eat in the hotel but loads of choice in Ballinasloe. Ok a couple of hiccups, our first room had a plumbing leak, soggy carpet, smelled like mold, and bathroom was dirty. The second room was a smoker's room.
