Not luxury accommodations by any stretch of the imagination. But these quaint two-story mini-homes were great. Plenty of bedrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, towels. Quiet property located on the edge of protected forest land. The people were friendly. We found this hotel extremely pleasant to stay in. The food was great, particularly the Irish Breakfast that did not stint on quality. The bedroom's decor could have done with updating but it had everything that you would want including air-conditioning. Definitely worth a visit as there are plenty of attractions within easy driving distance. more

Stayed in the Shannon Oaks Hotel, over the Xmas period/Had a very enjoybale stay, staff were all very helpful and friendly and food was great. Loved the food in the Bisto in the evening, would recomend, especially to families to eat there. Staff at reception were very helpul and friendly. We stayed one night on the way through to the South West of Ireland. We didn't use the hotels extensive facilities but the bar and restaurant were fine.
