I was a little concerned after reading some of the negative reviews the night before we left for the Annaly Hotel. However, we cannot complain about the level of service we received. We were checked in quickly and easily to our rooms which were basic but very clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. We also... more

We booked this hotel on-line, stayed one night and wished we had not. The lobby and restaurant were fine - actually the two-story TV screen in the bar was the best part of our stay. And when we arrived, I took my favorite picture of our trip - a sign on the check-in desk that read, "Contact a member of... more

I can only re-itterate what the previous poster said, this "hotel" is a Dump, ive stayed in better hostels. The staff have no interest in providing any kind of service that would encourage anyone to come back , with the exception fo the lady who served breakfast, The bar was empty yet we still had to wait several minutes to... more

My husband and I stayed for one night in this hotel. While it is difficult to put your finger on anything seriously wrong with the place it is not the sort of place I would like to return to. The room was clean but horribly functional. I have read other reviews which liken the rooms to hospital rooms and that... more

Staff were very nice especially the managers, waitresses, and chefs. Despite the area and bar being quiet during the week all aspects of the hotel were run perfectly. Stayed there for a three nights every week for about two months. Not sure about price because I wasn't paying but quality was excellent more

Perfectly functional hotel which is located opposite the sister hotel the Longford Arms - price a little bit expensive for a midlands town but nice hotel - bar/restaurant downstairs completely dead though even at 11pm on a Friday night, possibly sums up Longford as a whole though!!! Good for a night if you are passing through on the way to... more

I and a colleague stayed in this hotel last Sunday night and have no complaints about it. I have recently started travelling a bit more for work and will be staying in more and more hotels in the future. We checked in about 8pm and were greated with courtesy and politeness. The rooms are have a little bit of a... more
