I too had problems at this hotel. It said on the website that all rooms had sofa beds. When we got there our room had a recliner. How do you call a room a suite when all it has is a recliner. We tried to change rooms but since we had booked through Expedia they said we had to contact Expedia. We cancelled but they charged us anyway even after Expedia contacted the manager and he said he would talk with them. Nothing happened. If you book here you better hope everything is perfect because otherwise you will be screwed. I hate management that lies to you. more
