We found this hotel oddly enough on trip advisor. What a very good option it turned out to be. The hotel is modern, stylish and clean. The rooms are very comfortable. It looks like it is a new hotel furnished in a modern style. It is located on a very crowded street, 300 meters far from the beach. The Bad: -Rock hard beds. -Front desk must be told to steer guests to the highest priced option restaurant (Hotel Mar Bravo) because that was suggested multiple times. Stayed at the Hotel Praia after being offered a ridiculously high rate by its sister the Mar Bravo (room rate had increased from 70 to 120 euros in 3 days). The Praia in contrast offered 70 euros which was swiftly reduced to 60 when they thought we were going to walk away. This included a really good breakfast by Portuguese... more
