I stayed just one night in the Hotel in early December, just at the point Southern Spain was experiencing some rather sudden early snow. I arrived a little weary and needing somewhere reassuring after driving through a deserted, snow-bound Sierra de Segura - several towns "cortado" according to the Spanish press. This is a classy, beautifully decorated small hotel tucked in among the charming little streets of Baeza, and another wonderful find by Laura and Michael, our two Spanish travel consultants from Amazinghotel.com. Stunning renovation, best hotel during our trip and the food was outstanding. We had an enormous suite which occupied one half of the top floor. Very glad we had booked the hotel in advance as Beaza town doesn't look very inspiring as you drive towards it and the hotel is a quite difficult to find as you have to go... more

Hotel Puerta de la Luna After reading earlier reviews of this hotel, we stayed here for one night mid May 2006. The hotel is lovely – beautifully and lovingly restored and appointed, the staff helpful. This was the most romantic hotel we stayed during our two weeks in Spain. While it is not cheap, it is luxurious hotel located in a beautiful old part of Baeza.
