Four star (wherever thay have found those) price, but one star quality. Terrible. All rooms look inwards towards patio, which is also bar and breakfast room. It also hosts private receptions in the evening with music, which means the noise level is infernal. No windows, except to the patio. The Palacio de los Salcedo, is a very beautiful hotel, we have just come back and really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were helpful and friendly, although very little English was spoken but enough to get by.
