This hotel is very popular with Spanish holiday makers who are very sociable and very good dancers! Our room, though slightly dated was spacious and had comfortable beds. Due to the clever design of the building all rooms have a balcony and a sea view. Balcony would benefit from something to dry towels etc on. No fridge, tea making facilities or hair dryer which we were aware of. Shower over the bath and anti slip mat provided. Great selection of good quality food although restaurant had more of a canteen feel about it and was very noisy at times. Sometimes queues for tables but staff worked hard to clear tables and rearrange them for family groups. We joined in a lot of the daily activities run by the fabulous LOLA & GEORGE who also ran the bingo and quizzes in the evening and put on the most enjoyable entertainment you could wish for. Hotel is in immaculately kept gardens, very close to the beach on the main promenade on which you can walk all the way to the marina. Outdoor pool not open this time of year but we made use of the small one indoors. All in all a great holiday

Really enjoyed our stay despite the hotel was very busy with Spanish pensioners who were on their subsidised holidays. The hotel is spotless and extremely friendly staff at all levels. We really enjoyed the food which was partly geared for the Spanish but was really nice trying something different. The animation team work so hard and got to give a big shout out to Lola who was amzaing and is clearly a big assett to the hotel she never stops. Bus stop directly outside should you wish to explore the island. We will be back for sure.

A lovely clean hotel. fantastic staff. Only complaint is no background music. Some people like silence, i don't! Music around the outside area would make a massive difference and is badly needed. Grounds are beautiful, access to the beach fantastic. Food ok

This was our fifth time staying here, we love coming back. As usual it was spotlessly clean, yes the rooms are dated but they are large and airy. The food was fine, plenty of choice. Some dishes were lukewarm but definitely recommend going to the grill where the food is cooked freshly. Lager and wine on tap for all inclusive. Was pleased that the pool bar was mostly open. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was a little bit slow, sadly Lola was only there for one of our 4 nights and she was sorely missed! The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. The views are fabulous. Can definitely recommend this lovely place.

Listen, for what I paid via TUI for 5 nights for myself and my son we thought it was great value. You get what you pay for. Yes its a 3 star rated hotel but the positives far outnumber the negatives. Positives: The place is very clean. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, even at our 4am check out. Our room ( 705 ) had the most amazing view out over the sea. It was kept spotless by the cleaners. The beds were very comfortable, and the balcony was ideal for quiet time away from the rest of the guests. Yes the food is very same same, but we found something nice to eat at every meal. The chef cooking fresh to order items was great. Hint - between lunch and dinner there is a "snack room" and the burgers which are made to order are actually pretty good. We feasted on a number of Bacon + Cheese burgers and we felt like the chef should include them more often in the main Dining Hall at lunch and dinner as an option. San Miguel on tap - yes please. The rest of the drinks were your normal all inclusive fare. We found there were always Sun loungers available around the pool and in the gardens. Negatives: The pool was absolutely freezing as was the sea. When I say freezing I mean freezing to the point where I swear I thought I saw a Polar Bear turn down a swim.

We had stayed here last year and decided to return. The hotel was spotless as always. Pilar who checked us in was quick and efficient and we had our rooms shortly after arriving. The food was fine. Soup left a lot to be desired. The chicken noodle soup was Knorr’s soup in a packet that my granny used to make. My husband did enjoy the pumpkin soup. Felt the fresh fruit options were more limited this year. The live cooking station was good choices and very tasty. Sunbed’s were definitely busier but we still were able to get them. This year we travelled with other family members and had rooms next to each other. This year was 708/709. We discovered a lift that went to the ground floor at the end of the corridor. I liked that the pool bar now had self service with the soft drinks. It saved the queues building up. Tip for hot chocolate is to take a taller paper cup and fill it with hot milk to then the chocolate. We found the indoor pool and outside toilets that we missed last year. The pool was quite cold. The jacuzzi was a bit warmer. The evening quiz was good fun and we won one night. Missed out another night. The bar did get busy and they were strict on 2 drinks per person at the bar. This was a wee bit awkward as I had a really sore back and needed the others to get my drinks. Often had 2 on the bar which did help the queues. On our last full day it was very wet and windy. The pool bar was closed due to safety reasons. But the games and stuff were moved to the indoor lounge. It was a lovely atmosphere. There is lots of shops and bars nearby and the local pharmacy are very helpful when needed. The buses have changed this year. L1 takes you to the mirimar shopping centre. It cost 1.20€ per person and you could pay by cash or card and get change. They do get very busy. The rooms were redone every day and housekeeping staff were lovely. The whole hotel was regularly being swept and cleaned. Checkout was smooth too. It’s definitely a quieter location but such a lovely clean hotel.

We had a great stay here. Highly recommend the hotel. Food was of a very high standard and my coeliac daughter even had a separate menu to choose from each day. The staff were so friendly - a particular mention to Jose Carlos on the eggs, Daniel, Julio and Silvia in the bar. In fact all staff were amazing with the exception of Aida, who made you feel like serving a drink was too much trouble! The location of the hotel is perfect and is literally a stones throw from the beach.

Room was quite basic but spacious, with very comfortable beds. It was very clean and had a lovely sea view from 9th floor. Only negative for room was that there was no hairdryer and no kettle for making tea or coffee so remember to take your own. The whole hotel was kept spotless and well maintained. Staff worked very hard, especially in the canteen. Breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from but wasn’t very keen on the evening choice of food and the hot choices were always luke warm at best - so not very appealing. Hotel reception, on arrival, tried to upgrade our board basis from half board to all inclusive for an extra £100 per week - so glad I didn’t opt for that! Hotel very convenient for buses and not too far to walk into centre, if relatively fit and it’s a very flat, pleasant walk along the promenade with shops and restaurants en-route. We had lovely fish and chips with cocktails in ‘Caribbean Mermaid’ which is situated on the marina area.
