Arrived at hotel at approx 12 noon to be told our room was not cleaned , and this was when grumpy old man usually kicks in . Then they took us to the bar and offered champagne and beer FOC , i thought nice wee touch then offered us free lunch at poolside restaurant even before i had a chance... more

I am just back from a second visit to the Hotel Jardines de Nivaria. This establishment is well managed and the staff go out of their way to ensure that customers are well looked after. I can't imagine that anyone would find any problems during a stay at what must be one of the finest hotels in Tenerife. more

Visit this hotel from 18-26 august..it was just everything you have ever dreamed off..everything was spotless clean..every day new towels..if you want 2 times a day..they only thing that was a little bit less was the prices of the drinks..4,40€bacardi is not bad but you still need to buy cola and that was 2.80€ what I find very expensive.. you... more

So, we've been to our honeymoon there. Great staff They cleaned the room immediately as you walked out. Breakfast - amazing, everything you can imagine, even crabs, sparkling wine & caviar; just one observation: take care because if you go to take something else or to make a refiil, they will take your plate.
