The rooms were very well equipped and spacious, we had a lovely balcony. Many of our appliances didn't work (microwave, air con, safe) when we first got there, but the staff did sort out 2 of the three straight away (they were very helpful). We had 2 appartments in C block...one was right next to the pool bar...practically on the terrace with the tables! We had serious problems with this room!! We must have had over 30 cockroaches inside the room during our week stay!!!!! It was awful and really made us uncomfortable in there at night- we were a group of 6 girls!!... more

We could not fault the rooms or the staff which were both first class.The resort itself was terrible due to the horrendous hills that we were faced with when we left our appartment. If something could be done to eleviate this then Sunset Bay would be first class. more

We were warned about the steps and steep slopes so fortunately we had an apartment close to the ground floor. The disadvatage to this was that we were to close to the noise from the pool and the bars. The apartment itself was ok, well equiped and kept reasonably clean and the complex was also kept clean and well maintained.... more

Requested high floor sunny apartment thats what we were allocated thanks to the reception staff.As in previose review if they can please you on your preffered position on the complex they try very hard to get it right to suit .your needs.Some guests require low floors ie disabled or dont want to climb steps if reception can accomodate you ground... more

my partner and i stayed in block j room401 lots of steps but we did not mind because the appartnent was fab clean spacious and even a welcome pack was waiting for us when we arrived in the earler hours speedy check in and help by a porter with our luggage hazel & ian sheffield more
