These apartments appear pretty new and are quite spacious and generally well equipped, though a coffee table would have been nice. Air conditioning is very efficient, and they weren't in direct sun when we were there, so reasonably cool. They're not far from the centre of Figueres and the Dali Museum. They are, however, a teeny bit soulless. Lots of large plate-glass windows with blinds, so you somehow feel you're in a shop that's closed for the siesta.
Two or three particular niggles; the checking-in and checking-out arrangements are remarkably long-winded. Is it really necessary to look in every door and cupboard to check that we haven't walked off with a teaspoon? Then there's the underground car park (10 euros a night extra). It's incredibly awkward to drive in and out of, even with a small car.
