A nice hotel in a fantastic location. We had a lovely room and enjoyed the lovely indoor pool. Dinner service was poor with the staff being overwhelmed by the numbers of diners. We had a grumpy welcome and were left for ages before getting even a drink. The food when we got it was good. We were there for three... more

We stayed for 4 nights over the August Bank Holiday. We had a pleasant room in the Granary Annexe which was adequately furnished and the supply of bottled water was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and the food was excellent and varied. more

We stayed for 5 nights. The location is quiet and unspoilt. There are pleasant views from the hotel over the quay into the Salt Marshes. For younger children jumping and walking in the creek and crabbing seem to be a great pastime. There also very good beaches locally such as Wells and a remarkable beach at Holkham. The hotel can... more

We stayed for 1 evening at the Blakeney Hotel. The hotel is situated overlooking Blakeney Quay in the small village centre. The building is impressive. All of the hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Our room was an A room and was nicely decorated and furnished. There were plenty of nice clean fluffy white towels. The beds were very... more

One night only, bit pricey - would have preferred a price for the room, but the setting is superb - watching the sun go down across the marshes with a glass of champagne in our hands. This is a typical old English hotel, wirth a few eccentricities, but the room (in the Granary) was light and airy and well appointed... more

We had a superb two days stay. You cannot beat the location and for a perceptibly old fashioned hotel the facilities including spa and pool were second to none. The service and welcome was brilliant (especially the gentleman running the restaurant) My 3 boys and I had a very special few days and would undoubtedly stay again. We love the... more

Just returned from 4 nights with my teenage daughters. The staff were attentive and helpful, without being in your face, and the food was good. The location of this hotel is second to none, but I was a little disappointed that despite having a grade A room, we had no real view. The room, however was immaculately clean, as was... more

My girlfriend and I stayed at The Blakeney Hotel for a weekend in early July 2009 and it provided a great setting for a thoroughly enjoyable weekend. We booked a Category B room for two nights. As well as full breakfast options on both mornings of our stay, the rate included a three course evening meal (plus coffee) on both... more
