Blakeney House provided an excellent two night stay over a Bank Holiday weekend. Warm, sunny weather helped too. The Guest House is situated within easy walking distance of the waterfront, ideal with its quiet location with copious parking space. Room 1 was large and well appointed with confortable beds, a good size sitting area and windows on two sides. Moulton... More

Stayed 2 nights recently in the French room, lovely room with bay window overlooking garden. Breakfast was superb one of the best we have ever had. Perfect position for walks to cley and stiff key along the coastal path.

We had a lovely weekend in Blakeney and staying at Blakeney House was part of it. David is an excellent host, very friendly and laid back. I particularly appreciated the fact that we were able to check in a bit earlier. They don't seem to be sticklers about this "no checking in before 4pm" rule. We stayed in The French... More

We stayed here for a long weekend. The booking was handled very efficiently and when we arrived, everything ran very smoothly. David the owner was very welcoming and gave us plenty of useful local information during our stay which was spot on! the house is tucked away behind the main street, very quiet and peaceful and yet only a couple... From the outset, we were impressed with the running of this guest house. Shortly after making a telephone booking, we received a confirmation email which was both welcoming and informative, giving links to local restaurants and other information. We arrived an hour earlier than planned, but that was no problem as David had kindly left the key for us so... More

We escaped snowy Derbyshire for a wonderful weekend in Blakeney and stayed somewhere different for a change. Good decision. Near to the quay and local pubs/restaurants and with parking - often difficult there. We couldn't fault the place. Try the French or Colonial room - excellent. Great breakfast and charming host. We'll be going back for sure.

I wouldnt call this a 'luxury' B&B although the breakfast was excellent. Entirely adequate but overpriced for the facilities. I know Easter was very cold but we were not very warm - especially the stairs & our bathroom which was across the landing. The bathroom was a little tired & the lino floor cold, tho the bath robes provided were... More

We stayed for 2 nights recently in the Colonial room which overlooks the gardens. It's quite spacious, comfortable bed, warm, tea, coffee and biscuits provided . The bathroom was ok but a bit tired looking, clean towels if requested. Cooked breakfast was excellent, also lovely fresh fruit, cereals, croissants etc ,couldn't be better. Staff very pleasant and efficient. The location is... More

My partner and I went here for a quiet break and it is a very nice place to go. It was quiet and relaxing and the room had nice seating to relax in and watch England trashed by Wales in the 6 nations! Nitpicking - the bedside lights and main lamp were poor quality and were awkward to operate and... More
