Back to Arch House for the first time in a few years, but very pleased to see that the friendly welcome, amazing breakfast and lovely rooms are as good as they ever were. Definitiely recommend for a weekend break, or longer, and only a 5 minute walk into the beautiful town of Wells-Next-The-Sea. We'll be back!

What a wow entering No. 4 and seeing the oak four poster last week. (Made up for the one I could't get for our wedding 50 years ago!) I have stayed here twice now and the breakfast is fantastic with locally sourced produce. The rooms are clean and tidy and I had a good nights sleep. I think Arch house provides great value for money.

My wife and I stayed at Arch House this February. Everything was perfect. Nice garden room, great breakfast & quite near the sea. Three pubs nearby for evening meals. (great fish). Lady in charge very helpfull. We will return. John & Mag. (Herts).
