We stayed here for one night, and were made very welcome by Julie the owner. Our room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was fabulous. As the kitchen is upstairs, there is great views of the countryside, Its a short downhill walk into Wadebridge. Will definitely go here again if were in the vicinity.
We were visiting the Eden Project and also wanted to explore Padstow so Wadebridge seemed a good place to stay.

We stayed here in July 2011, in the Highbury Room. The Hawthorns is a lovely architect-designed house with fabulous rooms over the far reaching countryside of the Camel valley. They have 3 letting rooms all of which are lovely. The bathroom in Highbury is to die for. £70 for the room and breakfast per night.
