Really friendly host and a very plush b&b. We stayed in the Brunyee Room which doesn't have the best views, but it's wonderfully furnished, with a fabulous bath, soft pile carpet (freshly fitted so we were a bit scared to leave any marks on it!) and a very comfy bed. And, who can't be impressed by complementary fudge and flapjack?!... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback. This is very much appreciated. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and found the breakfast at Rick Stein's Café to be to your liking. We agree that the Brunyee room does not have the best view of the estuary but it is the one people... More

We were one of the first guests in the Estuary room - and it was absolutely stunning. Magnificent decor and furniture complemented by fantastic views, (of the estuary, obelisk and deer park), must make this one of the premier B&B rooms in Padstow. May not be the cheapest but must be one of the best. Breakfast could not have been... More

My husband and I stayed here on the first night of our minimoon. We love Padstow and this was a great base, close to town but still peaceful and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bath was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Coswarth for an anniversary break and really could not have chosen a better place. It`s a beautiful Georgian building set in a quiet street, yet only a 3 minute walk, down a hill into Padstow. The views over the estuary are breath taking and there is a lovely peaceful garden. Our room had it`s own entrance and... More

We stayed in the Verandah room on the ground floor. A very comfortable room with excellent bathroom. No view of the estuary but was not expecting one. The walk to breakfast was fine and worth it as really excellent. Hard to find fault as everything was explained before arrival. Being located just above the main lanes of Padstow, it feels... More

Wow - what an amazing find! This has surely got to be one of the best B&Bs around. A combination of luxury and privacy what we wanted and we weren’t disappointed. What a great idea to combine luxury accommodation with breakfast at Rick Stein’s! If you try one hotel in Padstow, make sure it’s this one. PS...the free parking is... More

We visited Padstow to celebrate my birthday and boy did we do it in style. When we saw the pictures and read the description of the Georgian B&B we just had to book. I must say we were not disappointed. A beautiful boutique B&B, far enough out of town to be quiet and relaxing, but just a short walk to... More

My wife and I recently went to stay at Coswarth House. We were given the Brunyee room which was recently renovated. It was beautiful, big, very clean and comfortable. Mark - The owner and Clinton - the Manager were always happy to help and gave some great recommendations of restaurants in Padstow. The location was great, just a 2-3min walk... More

Coswarth House was not your ordinary luxury B&B. it is a lovely house set just out of the hustle and bustle of Padstow in a quiet road with glimpses of the estuary. Unlike most Padstow accommodation it has 3 off street parking spaces. Our room was,in effect, a two room suite decorated in a tasteful period style. Good quality tea... More
