Last minute decision to spend the weekend in Lyme. . Situated a short walk from the town, with on site parking, Devonia was the perfect location. A warm welcome on arrival and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a choice of specials as well as a full English.

I had the warmest of welcomes from Gail and Lindsey, along with coffee and choccie biccies! As a solo traveller it was wonderful to have a single room with plenty of space, spotlessly clean with a well-equipped en suite, and a stunning sea view to boot. Everything you could want from a B&B, plus more besides. Heartily recommended.

We stayed here on our walk along the SWCP and arrived very, very wet. We were given a very good welcome, with coffee & biscuits and help with drying our coats. The room was lovely and warm and the breakfast excellent. Next morning we were given a map to help us with the diversion around Lyme Regis. Great Service.

When visiting Lyme Regis I no longer think of looking for anywhere else to stay. Facilities excellent but, most importantly, considerate hosts. As other reviews note, there is complete freedom to come and go as you please combined with all the ficilities you might expect in a first class B&B.

You will not go far wrong if this is your choice when you stay in Lyme Regis. This is a very well run guest house with personable hosts who will do every thing they can to ensure you have a sucessful stay.
