Only stayed the one night however the hotel was very very clean, with a nice modern, fresh & funky feel. The suites were brilliant and the views unbeatable by anywhere else in the south. The Thai restaurant downstairs should not be missed either! Very good experience. more

Bay Hotel Suites...? The hotel management might like to revisit their positioning and branding .... if they are to charge premium price then they should deliver premium service!. Stayed here for one night and I must say the suites are fantastic. We stayed in suite #9 which was top floor sea view suite, furnished really nicely, bed very comfortable and nice easy lounge area to relax and watch some T.V of an evening after having a decent meal at the Harbour Inn just a few hundreds yards down... more

We had a couple of days here and enjoyed ourselves very much. The owners have done a fantastic job with the refurbishment's. I expected a fairly luxurious set up from these suites at the price we paid but was disappointed. There was a 37" TV as advertised but it was so close to the easy chairs it was hard to watch and only had the usual terrestial channels, no digital, not even Freeview.
