we dropped in on a very cold day halfway through our walk.the pub itself is very nice but the hospitality of the landlady was absolutely so welcoming. we had already had our lunch or else we would've have tried the very reasonably priced and deliciously sounding menu.we will definitely go back and try the food

Lovely pub with a great atmosphere. Good menu with enough choice which reflects their use of fresh produce and very good service.
