Very basic, noisy and yes mould around the shower and on the ceiling. Mike not very friendly. We stayed in another b and b in Westleton the following night and what a difference and it was cheaper!

Was greeted with a very warm welcome and informed about the local attractions and amenities. Breakfast is good with a choice of cereals/fruit and full English cooked breakfast.
